Last week, Ableton released a beta version of it’s 9.7 update, and although it’s a minor release, it’s chocked to the brim with important additions. For Ableton’s Push device, the update allows for chopping of samples by region, beat division, and transient.  The software also has a huge update to it’s Simpler device.
