We have updated our health & safety requirements for students & staff as well. Please take a moment to review the effective updates to our policies below.

Health & Safety Policies:

In accordance with Scratch’s duty to provide and maintain a safe & healthy environment for all students, staff & community from infectious diseases, all Scratch DJ Academy students & staff will be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and wear proper face coverings in order to attend classes beginning January 1st, 2022. Proof of complete vaccination status will need to be submitted for approval before students or staff may attend in-person classes at our NYC academy. Anyone who is unable to submit proof of vaccination status or not fully vaccinated must provide a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours of attending class. Anyone who has recently tested positive or has experienced symptoms in the past 10 days must follow the recommended quarantine guidelines before submitting a negative test in order to attend classes. This policy will comply with all applicable laws and is based on guidance from the CDC, NYC Health Commissioner and local health authorities, as applicable.
