Thud Rumble Merges PC Into DJ Controller With The Invader

For some, the connection between the DJ and the turntables is disrupted by the computer, DJ Q-Bert’s Thud Rumble just unveiled a solution to that problem with The Invader. Premiered at the Intel Developers Forum, The Invader places a touchscreen PC inside the mixer that allows you to theoretically run any DJ software on the device. With eight cue triggers, two volume faders, a cross-fader, and the decks already attached to The Invader, this development stage invention is looking to be a all-in-one interface for DJs and venues. The Invader should be released by the end of the year, with a MSRP of $1699. Check out a demo in the video below.
